Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training

Master yourself and awaken your potential using the art and science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This Teacher Training program is for everyone, whether you would like to become a certified teacher or you want to deepen your personal experience of Kundalini Yoga. This course gives you a lifelong foundation for a successful yoga practice. This certification program provides the tools and comprehensive training to learn both the theory and techniques of Kundalini Yoga.

This comprehensive 220 hour training includes:

1. Teaching Kundalini Yoga postures, kriyas and meditations.

1. Role of a Kundalini Yoga teacher.

1. Yogic philosophy & the origin of Kundalini Yoga.

1. Yogic and Western Anatomy.

1. Humanology & 3HO yogic lifestyle.

Tuition

Automatic payment plan (9 months) $595 at registration and eight additional payments of $375.

Fees include all teacher training classes, food and lodging for retreat, White Tantric fees, all manuals, textbooks and study materials.
