RX-Yoga Staff

Sant Kaur Khalsa is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan. She has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1972 and is currently mentoring to become a Level One Teacher Trainer. She is married to Dr. Sant Singh and they have 2 adult children and two grandchildren. Sant Kaur has been a Special Education teacher and is currently manager of her husband’s Pediatric practice in Tucson. As a musician, Sant Kaur loves to combine music with Kundalini Yoga and she is often found leading chants at Rx-Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga Mixed Levels with Sant Kaur
"The 7 Steps To Happiness"

We will experience Kundalini Yoga based on Yogi Bhajan’s teachings on happiness. Each month will have a step as its theme. There will be kriyas, pranayama, chanting and meditation centered around helping find your happiness.

A beautiful series was taught by Tejpal at Rx-Yoga. At its conclusion last week, I was inspired to continue this theme. Can there ever be enough happiness in the world? Can we express it with each act, each conscious thought?

If you are interested in making 2012 your happiest year, I invite you to participate in this series. No experience is necessary. I look forward to this journey and hope you will join me.
