At RX-Yoga there is a class for you! Whether you are new to yoga or an old pro, we invite you to sample our selection of classes. Come in loose comfortable clothing, bring you own mat and blanket or rent one of our deluxe yoga mats, have an empty stomach and an open heart. We will provide the rest!
Therapeutic Yoga for Healthy Bones Gentle and deeply peaceful and bone-engaging, this class is for those experiencing osteoporosis and osteopenia or fear of these bone-related conditions. The Yoga for Healing approach is multi-dimensional, so each class includes yoga tools for being in healing through body, prana, mind, spirit, and emotion. Experience your bone core through breath and movement.
Yoga for Your Healthy Core (a.k.a Yoga for Stress Relief) Your core self is not just a set of muscles. This class features gentle breath-directed movement into deep core explorations of your multi-dimensional self and provides a much needed respite from the stressors of everyday existence.
Kundalini Yoga Basics Learn the basics of Kundalini Yoga and meditation in these fun and informative classes. This class will focus on pranayama (breathing) techniques to increase vitality and calm the mind. Open to those new to yoga as well as those who want a refresher class.
Kundalini Yoga Mixed Levels Ongoing class that is great for all levels of experience. You are ready for this class when you know how to pace your yoga practice for your individual needs and challenges. Aquarian Sadhana 2nd Sunday of the Month Join us for a beautiful early morning practice of prayer, yoga and meditation. At 4:30 am on the 1st Sunday of the month, yogis gather at RX-Yoga to enjoy that peaceful time right before the sun rises to set their day just as the ancient ones have done for thousands of years. All are welcome to join. Bring your mat and blanket, a head cover and an open heart.
